Development Beyond ("we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of the
clinicians, staff, and learners who use the Development Beyond Information System (DBIS).
This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
We collect account details you provide (name, email, role) and the clinical data you
record within DBIS, along with basic technical information such as log-in times and
device/browser details used to keep the service secure.
2. How we use your information
Information is used solely to operate DBIS: to authenticate you, to deliver programme,
session, and reporting features, and to maintain the security and integrity of your
organisation's data. We do not sell your data.
3. Data storage & security
Data is stored on secured infrastructure with access restricted to authorised personnel.
We apply industry-standard safeguards, encryption in transit, and role-based permissions
to limit access to the minimum necessary.
4. Data retention
Records are retained for as long as your organisation maintains an active account, or as
required by applicable clinical and legal obligations, after which they are securely deleted.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject
to your organisation's policies and applicable law. Contact your administrator or our support
team to make a request.
